Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website of RZ Car Batteries (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase of any goods or services from us. By accessing or using our site or purchasing from us, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.

Definitions

“Customer”, “you”, “your” means the person using the website or purchasing goods/services.
“Goods” means car batteries, related products and accessories we supply.
“Services” means installation, mobile battery replacement, testing or other services we provide.
“Contract” means the agreement between you and us for supply of Goods/Services pursuant to these Terms.

Ordering & Contract Formation

3.1 All orders placed via our website or by phone/text/email are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse an order for any reason.
3.2 A contract is formed when we accept your order – we will send you a confirmation (email or message).
3.3 You must ensure that the details you provide for the order are correct, including vehicle make, model, battery specification, delivery address.

Price & Payment

4.1 The price of Goods/Services is as displayed on our website at the time of order, unless otherwise notified.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering (or as otherwise agreed).
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery & Installation

5.1 For Goods: We will deliver to the address you specified. Delivery times are estimates only.
5.2 For Services: If service involves onsite installation or replacement, you must ensure safe access and correct vehicle information.
5.3 We are not liable for delays caused by third-parties or circumstances outside our control.

Warranty & Returns

6.1 We provide a warranty on the Goods we supply, under the terms provided in our warranty documentation. If your warranty terms differ (e.g., 6-month or 2-year) you must refer to the voucher/receipt.
6.2 The warranty is void if: the Goods are tampered with, incorrectly installed by third-party, misused, modified, the vehicle’s charging/alternator system is faulty, or if the receipt/proof of purchase is missing.
6.3 Returns of Goods are only accepted if faulty (manufacturing defect). Flat/discharged batteries due to external causes are not covered.
6.4 Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective Goods. We are not liable for consequential loss (e.g., vehicle downtime, towing, labour by third-parties).

Customer Responsibilities

7.1 You must provide accurate vehicle details and ensure correct fitment is possible.
7.2 You must maintain the vehicle’s electrical/charging system properly as failure to do so may affect the Goods or Services and void the warranty.
7.3 If you notice any fault or defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of installation.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned or licensed by us and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of our website or Goods/Services, except for liability which cannot legally be excluded. Our maximum liability will not exceed the price you paid for the Goods/Services.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Use of such links is at your own risk.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer to a related company or business without your consent.

Breach & Termination

If you breach any of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access, refuse to provide Goods/Services and take any other legal remedy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
